At Berk Trade Motors, we make importing vehicles from the U.S. simple, transparent, and secure. Our process is designed to keep you informed every step of the way—with payments tied to real progress.
Step 1: Consultation & Vehicle Sourcing (20%)
We start by understanding your needs:
- Budget
- Preferred make & model
- Condition (clean title, salvage, etc.)
- Shipping destination
Once aligned, you pay a 20% engagement fee to begin the search and bidding process.
👉 This secures your commitment and allows us to actively source and negotiate on your behalf.
Step 2: Vehicle Secured at Auction (30%)
Once we successfully:
- Win the vehicle at auction
- Verify details (condition, title, specs)
A 30% payment is due.
👉 At this stage, your vehicle is officially secured and prepared for the next phase.
Step 3: Shipping & Export Processing (30%)
We handle:
- Inland transport to port
- Export documentation
- Booking shipment
Once your vehicle is:
- Delivered to port
- Scheduled for shipment
A 30% payment is triggered.
👉 You’ll receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
Step 4: Arrival & Final Payment (20%)
When your vehicle arrives in Ghana:
- You may handle clearing or
- We can assist with clearing (if arranged)
The final 20% balance is due upon arrival.
👉 This ensures full transparency—you only complete payment once the vehicle is delivered.
